Khyat Fintech is a technology service provider. We offer software tools such as trading bridges, order management systems, automation utilities, performance visualization, and execution infrastructure.

We are NOT:

  • A stock broker or sub-broker
  • An investment advisor (IA) or research analyst (RA)
  • A portfolio manager or wealth manager
  • A provider of guaranteed returns

All trading decisions are made solely by the user.

2. No Investment Advice

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any strategies, tools, performance data, examples, or illustrations are provided for educational and execution purposes only.

Users should consult their own qualified advisors before making any trading or investment decisions.

3. Market Risk Disclaimer

Trading in equities, derivatives, futures, options, or any financial instruments involves substantial risk and may result in partial or complete loss of capital.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. No representation or warranty is made regarding profitability or avoidance of losses.

4. Automation & Algo Trading Risks

Automated and algorithmic trading carries additional risks, including but not limited to:

  • Execution delays or failures
  • Connectivity or network interruptions
  • Broker API downtime or limitations
  • Incorrect strategy logic or configuration errors
  • Unexpected market volatility or gaps

The user understands and accepts full responsibility for configuring, testing, monitoring, and supervising all automated strategies.

5. Broker & Third-Party Dependencies

The Platform integrates with third-party brokers, APIs, charting platforms, and data providers (e.g., TradingView, ChartInk, brokers).

Khyat Fintech has no control over:

  • Broker execution quality
  • Order rejections or slippage
  • API outages or throttling
  • Third-party platform changes

We shall not be held responsible for any loss arising due to third-party systems.

6. Performance Data & Reports

Any performance figures or charts displayed on the Platform are based on historical data, user-provided reports, or broker statements.

Such data:

  • May not reflect live trading conditions
  • May include assumptions or limitations
  • Is shared for transparency, not assurance

7. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, the user agrees to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws
  • Verify all strategy logic before live deployment
  • Monitor automated trades regularly
  • Ensure broker permissions and compliance

8. No Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khyat Fintech, its founders, employees, partners, or affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Trading losses or missed opportunities
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • System downtime or service interruption
  • Errors caused by user configuration

Use of the Platform is entirely at the user’s own risk.

9. Subscription & Payments

Subscription fees, if applicable, are charged for access to software tools and services only.

Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Cancellation does not guarantee refunds for unused periods.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by Khyat Fintech.

Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

11. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms, misuse, or legal requirements, without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
